- Training Packages
All monthly training fees are non-refundable once paid, except in cases of company fault or documented medical emergencies. Participants who wish to discontinue training must provide written notice at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle. Missed sessions or non-attendance do not entitle participants to a refund or credit.
- Session Cancellations
If FF Sports cancels a training session or activity, participants may choose either a replacement session or a full refund of the affected portion of the monthly fee. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
