- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FF Sports website and services. By accessing our website, booking any training session, or participating in our activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Users are encouraged to review updates periodically, as Terms may change.
- About FF Sports
FF Sports (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides squash coaching, training programs, private lessons, group classes, clinics, camps, and related services (“Services”).
- Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling a minor, the parent or guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor’s conduct, safety, and compliance with these Terms.
- Services
Training sessions are conducted by certified squash coaches. Sessions may be held at designated squash courts or partner facilities. FF Sports reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, or coaches with prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or facility closure.
- Fees and Monthly Payments
Training fees are charged on a monthly basis in accordance with the selected training program. Monthly fees are payable in advance and must be settled by the due date specified at registration or invoicing.
FF Sports reserves the right to revise monthly fees. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing periods only.
- Cancellation & Refunds
Participants who wish to discontinue their training are required to provide written notice at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle.
Monthly fees that have already been paid are strictly non-refundable, except in cases of company fault or documented medical emergencies.
Any sessions missed due to personal reasons, including illness, travel, or non-attendance, will not be refunded or carried forward, unless expressly approved by FF Sports.
FF Sports reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a participant’s training for reasons including, but not limited to, disciplinary concerns, safety considerations, or administrative requirements.
- Code of Conduct
Participants must follow safety rules and respect coaches and other players. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. FF Sports reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for misconduct.
- Liability
FF Sports is not liable for injuries sustained during training. Participants are advised to consult a physician before engaging in physical activity. Personal belongings are the responsibility of participants.
- Intellectual Property
All training materials, videos, and guides provided by FF Sports are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
